At Stahlwerk UK, we stand behind the quality of every machine we sell. That’s why all Stahlwerk welding machines, plasma cutters, and multi-process units come with a full 7-year manufacturer’s warranty.

This is one of the longest and most comprehensive warranties available in the industry — because we believe professional users deserve confidence in the tools they rely on every day.

What’s Covered?

Your 7-year warranty covers:

  • All welding and cutting machines
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Faults in materials or workmanship
  • Electronics, internal components, and mechanical assemblies

Accessories, consumables, and torches are not covered under the 7-year warranty but may be covered under shorter manufacturer guarantees depending on the product.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience a fault during the warranty period:

  1. Contact us directly at Norsemen Safety — we’re here to help.
  2. Provide your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We’ll guide you through the return or repair process.

All warranty issues are handled through our Belfast-based service team, with fast turnaround times and direct communication.

Terms & Conditions

  • The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
  • It applies to machines used under normal industrial or workshop conditions.
  • It does not cover:
    • Damage due to misuse, overloading, or neglect
    • Consumables (e.g. nozzles, electrodes, tips, gas lenses)
    • Machines modified or repaired by unauthorised personnel
  • Warranty is only valid when purchased from Stahlwerk UK or authorised partners such as Norsemen Safety.
